Quiet high noon wedding ties Baughman and Guy
Miss Charlie Mae Baughman and Clin ton Oakley Guy were quietly married at the home of Rev. and Mrs. A. E. Shafer. The ceremony was officiated by the presiding elder with a small gathering of friends and relatives. The bride wore cadet blue with a matching hat and a corsage of Bride's roots interspread with flies of the valley. After a short wedding trip to Florida, they will reside at 719 West Main Street. Mr. Guy is manager of Super-Service Tire Co. and the couple are noted figures in Dothan society. Dr Hocking of the University of Alabama will speak at the Episcopal Church next Sunday, October 16, at 11 o'clock on "The New Frontier."
