New York Oct 11 AP. Mrs Gemma Pignatore 36 mother of five was killed while driving to care for a neighbor's sick child. Her body was found in a wrecked automobile struck against a tree with a red handled dagger at her feet severing the jugular vein. Detectives questioned her husband and two other men, one owner of the wrecked car, amid a murder mystery linked to a former gangster associate.
