Former Birmingham Official Dies Today
Weatherly 74, pioneer Birmingham district resident and two term member of the first city commission, died yesterday at his daughter’s home in Asheville. Funeral services will be held here tomorrow. Surviving are three daughters Mrs Westall Mrs Doris Dabney and Mrs Alex C Birch Mobble and two sons Milner Weatherly Knoxville and James M Weatherly Jr New York.
