Survived by widow Effie Tuttle and two children, he previously lived in Montgomery after moving from Clanton. Funeral set for 11 a.m. tomorrow at Dave Cody residence with Dr. Wilkerson officiating. burial Oakwood Cemetery.
Kilby football officials issued a challenge to any Dothan eleven to play at Camp Kilby next Sunday. They guarantee 2506 to 2000 fans and cite Mr. Pelham as the source of the invitation. The letter stresses Kilby players are clean and warns teams will not return if unsportsmanlike.

Dr W B Branch said a serum from San Francisco was given and Miss O Sullivan was holding her own. She underwent surgery Sunday night.

Oscar Lynn testified in circuit court that the state's star witness Hasting Kirkland framed him in a petty larceny case over a hog theft and ten gallons of liquor. The jury acquitted Lynn after the testimony.
Decatur November 24 CAP A Jackson County jury commission search of the 1981 jury roll failed to identify a single Negro. The defense sought to quash indictments against Heywood Patterson and eight other Negroes charged with attacks on Victoria Price and Ruby Baten after Judge Callahan overruled the motion. Moody, the commissioner, led the inquiry. The trial, set for Monday, proceeds on race exclusion grounds.
