Brewton native Navy veteran joins Troy student body

Lost Wyoming oil well buried under shifting dunes

Sinclair Wyoming Oil Co reports an abandoned oil well in Ferris field Natrona County Wyoming, lost under moving sand dunes. Despite a state mineral supervisor map and electric search tools, the site remains unfound. Salvageable pipe and casing were salvaged by Fred Goodstein under a contract paying only on recovered pipe.
