A citywide Brownie Scout rally is set for May 30 at Kelly Springs under the Do Un Girl Scout Council. Troops will arrange transport and meals. Miss Helen Andrews, council director, announced. An on duty air guard will supervise the pool area during the rally.

Cases scheduled tomorrow feature Alton Jetfoeal et al vs C O Adams damages, Alabama Banking Co vs Mrs Raymond Jones assumpsit, and others with various administratrix and waivers.

H V Jones of 1903 South Lena Street suffered a fractured left leg and head injuries after a three-car accident on South Oates Street near the overhead bridge late Saturday night. Police identified driver as Mrs Dorothy Mae Welch, wife of a Camp Rucker Golder, with no charges filed after investigation.
The official said only nine direct industrials would sign, taking about zero percent of gas sales, with 29 cities covering roughly 47 percent. Later, a nearby Negro residence on Burtlesshin Alley reported minor fire damage from a coal fire. A third alert at 300 East Selma cited a trunk of clothing near a fireplace causing slight damage.

A tanker and an air seaplane tender collided in the Bay near Cape Henry. Survivors were reported clear, with Navy and Coast Guard units rushing to the scene. The vessels were identified as the Thomas Nancy and the Navel tender Thuben, with planes circling and rescue ships coordinating efforts.
Panama City police report a Dothan man charged with driving while intoxicated after a car struck a bicycle injuring a youth. The hit occurred as the driver skidded 30 feet before impact and the bicycle rider sustained serious head injuries. victim hospitalized in Birmingham.
