Court orders City to pay Dr Barnett for health officer role

Judge H A Pearce of the circuit court rules the city must pay Dr T S Barnett for acting Health Officer during October and November 1914. The dispute arose after city officials claimed his term ended with the previous administration, while Barnett and supporters argued he was elected for 1915.
