Mrs Lola Bell Dykes Dies At Montgomery

Mrs Lola Bell Dykes dies in Montgomery at age 57 after a long illness. Funeral services were held yesterday at Grace Chapel with burial at Greenwood Cemetery. She worked for a local firm and is survived by her husband Cr. Dikes and a son, several sisters and brothers, including Mrs Hattie Miwell, Mrs Edpar Wade Hane, and Mrs Ray Matunn.

Funeral Conducted For Greenwood Youth John Bryart Pender

Funeral rites were held at his Greenwood home for John Bryart Pender 18 who died in Dethan hospital after a death occurred March ob Tuteripent seas in the Methodist church in Greenwood directed by Neal Funeral Home. Surviving are his parents Mr and Mrs W B L Pender two sisters Mrs Neva Golsen and Miss Tates Pender and two brothers Robert Woat and Mateus O. Pender all of Greenwood. He was a cadet at Tennessee Military Institute at the time of his death and a member of the Greenwood Baptist church.

Jesse Spann Dies at Enterprise Funeral Services

Funeral services were held for Jesse Spann aged 28 at Pondtown on Sunday with Rev. Vabance officiating. Pallbearers were Bosch and Company.
