Commissioners seek advice from the building committee, chairman Marvin Carter to attend Tuesday's meeting. The plan covers floor repairs and auditorium upgrades. Graybar Electric of Birmingham won for 3,000 feet of ungulating material at 634 dollars. Moore Handley Hardware of Birmingham won electric metals and supplies. A subdivision rezoning was approved in South High Lands area, reflecting a petition by affected property owners.

Bids for constructing an education annex to First Baptist Church were opened yesterday by a church committee. Three bids were submitted from Chapman Construction Co of Dothan at 181,680 dollars. J. T. Clark Co of Montgomery at 112,985 dollars. and W. V. Sullivan Co of Dothan at 117,227.03 dollars. The Board of Deacons will review and recommend to the church membership at Thursday night meeting.
