BESSEMER AP Dr J Ho werd Blas Bessemer Poyesden was acquitted today by the fourth Client Comart jury on a murder charge in the shotgun death of his wife in May. The jury verdict followed an hour and a half debate in Judge Gara ver Goodwyns Court after the fourist trial week opening last week. The doctor testified that his wife was shot as he tried to wrest an automatic shotgun from her hands. He said she announced an intention to kill him and then take her own life. The first and third hearings ended in mistrials. In the second, the doctor was found guilty of second degree murder and given a 50 year sentence, but the verdict was set aside by a state Supreme Court ruling ordering a new trial.
