Harry Batten a neighbor was ordered held for Grand Jury action after witnesses testified Davis interceded for his mother during an argument. First Houston corn hog reduction plan meeting Friday

The first meeting on the corn and hog reduction program in Houston County will be held at the courthouse Friday at 1 30 p m. Farmers must cut hogs marketed in 1932 and 1933 by 10 for eligibility earning 15 per hog. Corn must be reduced 10 to 30 percent of the average yield, with growers paid 35 cents per bushel for the removed production.

Guessing Game arrests in Denver prompt court dates
