Governor Emmit O Neal signed the Parks local option bill in Montgomery at 4 30 pm on a private ceremony with friends and officials. The act ends state wide prohibition and shifts to local option. Breach of Promise Charged in Parisian Suit
New York, Feb 21. In a $100,000 breach of promise case in the Supreme Court, Annette Bertha Grunspan a Parisienne, testified Walling met her in Paris and proposed in multiple European countries.
