Basketball Clinic Slated Friday At Alabama College
A women’s basketball clinic hosted by the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department at Alabama College will run Friday February 7 and Saturday February 8 at the Field House Montevallo. Nationally rated officials Dr. Margaret McCall Miss Mildred Deason and Miss Cordelia Lundquist will supervise with sessions on rules, officiating demonstrations, and planning for girls and women’s programs. Additional clinics are scheduled in Alexander City February 4 and Mobile January 31 February 1 with local chairs and staff provided by the Alabama College Board of Officials.

University Debate Tournament Set For April 3 to 5
The annual state high school debate tournament will be held at the University of Alabama April 3, 4 and 5, announced by Dr. T Earle Johnson head of the speech department.
