Fire of unknown origin last night destroyed the Price Mercantile building in Newville, valued over 60000, with insurance covering part of the loss. Dothan firemen arrived within 26 minutes, forcibly entering the burning store after local volunteers failed, and prevented spread to adjacent properties.
