Montgomery Dec 11 AP The State Pardon Board unanimously recommended execution for Otto George Mobile youth slated for Dec 21 while denying clemency. John Brandon and John Haynes joined in the denial. secretary Pete Jarman was ill and did not vote. Clemmency urged for Frank Porter and Willie Williams, both Mobile youths. Williams sought life term.
