Cleveland April 21 AP detectives linked the murder of 28 year old divorcee Mrs Kathryn Jones to alleged tipster work for prohibition agents. Sol Levy 40 identified by two witnesses as the man who beat her to death faced murder charges. Eight others held as witnesses. Mrs Jones, mother of an eight year old girl, previously worked for private detective agencies and reportedly alerted dry agents to liquor violations. Detectives think the killer may have feared she had squealed. Levy denied the slaying.
