West Point Fire Kills 23 Mules and Horses

Diver’s Life Saved After Submarine Line Entanglement

Washington April reports that diver William J P Loughman, trapped at 220 feet near a satken submarine F-4, has been rescued safely off Honolulu and unharmed. He was freed after hours of strenuous efforts by navy divers and repair crews.
