Dixon City Council Eyes Budget Debates for 1989-90

The Dixon City Council will convene Monday at 5 p.m. to begin budget discussions for the 1989-90 fiscal year. LaGow cocaine trials head toward weekend session

Ogle County Assistant State's Attorney Doug Flaski rested the state's case against Richard LaGow 27 Paw Paw on three cocaine sales to undercover Illinois State Police officers in November and December 1987.
