Nimoy Directs Star Trek V While Shatner Takes Lead
Leonard Nimoy returns as Mr. Spock in Star Trek V The Final Frontier releasing this week. He shares directing duties with William Shatner who directed the fifth Enterprise adventure. Nimoy explains his cerebral directing style versus Shatner’s more physical approach and recalls his Vulcan nerve pinch innovation. He also discusses bias toward comedy in Star Trek films Three Men and a Baby and his work on Body Wars at MGM Disney Orlando amusement park. Nimoy reflects on The Good Mother reception and hints at a Three Men and a Baby sequel if schedules allow.
