Shoveling Advice Aids Heart Health And Safety
Shoveling in short bursts of about 20 minutes with rests helps prevent overexertion for all ages. Elderly individuals should opt for light sweeping over heavy shoveling. Shoveling before meals reduces heart strain, as digestion competes with exertion. Medical attention is urged for heart issues or frostbite, and health status rather than age should guide activity.
