Big Horse Sale At Dillon Attracts Wide Attention
The Dillon stock yards hosted a large horse sale last Saturday led by Dr. W. C. Orr Herb Selway of Dillon and Bert Marsh of Butte. About 800 horses ranged from common stock to standard bred stallions fetching strong prices and totaling between 30000 and 100000 in sales. Organizers called it a complete success with satisfactory prices.
