A Christiansen of Gibbons buys the Daniel McNeill ranch two miles north of Boulder Jefferson County for 17500 dollars. Melrose Man Joseph W Shepherd Dies at 70
Joseph W. Shepherd of Melrose died last Friday morning at age 70 after a long Beaverhead County residence since 1878. Funeral services were held Monday in Melrose with Rev. E. V. Ostrander officiating and burial in Melrose cemetery. He is survived by his wife and two daughters Mrs Farrar of Butte and Mrs Woodward of Pothons California. The latter arrived in time for the funeral.
