Butte Man Dies of Heart Attack
John H. Jensen 22, a Butte resident, died after a sudden heart attack Wednesday evening while with friends in the Andrus house kitchen. He was born in Brigham City Utah and lived in Butte for years. Survived by wife mother Mrs Forrester two sisters Mrs Dave Stanger and Mrs Jackson a brother Neal all of Butte and his father in Idaho. Body taken to Butte for burial with services held Saturday and interment at Mountain View cemetery.

Rich Bannack gold strike reported at Bannack mine
Reports from Bannack describe a new vein of gold among the richest in years. Ten bags of samples assayed at $500 per ton. The vein runs two and a half to three feet thick and is being worked by Ed Thompson and M. Thompson. The vein was originally found by the late James Ashworth and first developed by W. R. Ashworth.

Veterans to hold Memorial Day rites in evening ceremony
Memorial day services for deceased war veterans are planned for the evening of May 29 in Mountain View cemetery. Charles H. McClain, 81, longtime Miles City resident, died Sunday at his daughter’s home after a lingering illness. Survived by three daughters Miss Mary McClain Dillon Mrs Ethel Miller Terry and Mrs Margaret Treshour Miles City and three sons Carl Dillon C W Chadron Neb and Lee Polson plus a grandson Charles Schutz. Funeral held 10 a m Tuesday at Brundage chapel with Rev H J Schmidt Presbyterian officiant and burial in Miles City.

Robbery Suspects Caught in Idaho
