Funeral for Dr L F Molleur Ended In Butte
Funeral services for Dr L F Molleur were held at the Masonic temple in Butte after his death from a self inflicted gunshot Friday night. Coroner ruled no inquest needed as evidence pointed to suicide. The Dillon physician, 68, born in Canada, practiced in Glendale Sheridan and Virginia City before moving to Dillon 11 years ago. He leaves wife Mrs Molleur, son Ernest, and daughter Mrs H R Stone.

Fire Destroys Buildings At P and O Ranch
A wind storm last Saturday fed a fire of undetermined origin that destroyed a storage building and cow barn at the Poindexter and Orr ranch south of town. Sparks from the machine shed ignited a straw barn. three cars gas engines and tools were lost, none insured, with several thousand dollars in damage. Ranch crews saved adjacent structures and dwellings.

AG Students Display Fat Lambs at Beaverhead High
The Smith-Hughes agricultural department of Beaverhead High School will stage a fat lamb exhibit next Saturday in the former Square Deal building on South Idaho Street. Two pens of lambs will be shown with charts detailing feed, costs, and gains. A field trip to Otto Schulz ranch near Sheridan featured Hereford bulls and Persheron horses.

Austin Child Dies After Lingering Illness
Dean Webster Austin aged 17 months son of Mr and Mrs Harold Austin of this city died at Barrett hospital last Friday evening after a lingering illness. He had been a patient about 12 days. The remains were taken to Stevensville for interment at his birthplace.
