New $12,000 dormitory planned at Lemhi Agency Idaho

A dormitory costing 12000 dollars is to be built at the Lemhi Agency in Idaho for Indian girls attending the agency school. Right of way for Dillon water works settled

The Dillon city council, with Acting Mayor Eliel presiding, decided to pay damages to affected landowners to avoid condemnation. Jon Phillips $300, Craig Cornell $350, S. B. Patterson to be paid, head works on the French Bros ranch with about five acres affected, Mr. French offers $500 to relocate or settle for $500. The council has not finalized further action.

New Departure mine yields ore in pay quantities

The New Departure mine in the Blue Wing district is producing ore in paying quantities. A carload is shipped every two weeks by leasers and is sent out by the Mon-berge company.
