Looking Backward continued finds in Dillon area
The anthropology club visited the George Ireneh ranch excavation west of Dillon and found a parchment fragment from a prehistoric man's hip pocket. An indenture on the skull suggested a prior gesture from a spouse with a skillet. An empty bottle implied youth at death and the skeleton was deemed Indian. Additional notes mention G. T. Paul returning from Canada, S. S. Patterson’s beer shipment, a deserted Chinese baby to get a nurse, and local fundraising for a juvenile clothing drive.
