Quieting Title Suits Filed in Dillon Montana
Two separate suits in Beaverhead County seek to quiet title on parcel lots in Dillon. Plaintiffs AGGIE POLISH and MARY SEBINA allege unknown heirs and devisees claim clouds on the lands described, with the State of Montana named as defendant. The second action names Herbert L Sturm and Margaret Sturm against a long list of heirs and devisees and unknown claimants to Lots 14-15 and adjacent parcels in Block 7 Original Townsite, Dillon. Both suits warn defendants to answer within 20 days or face default judgment.
