Sam Desherlin pleaded guilty to fraudulently manipulating a punch board at the Andrus bar and was fined 500 dollars then jailed for nonpayment. Donald Fraser aged about 65 died last Sunday morning of a heart attack on a northbound passenger train as it neared Dillon yards. He had worked at the Cloyd Glaser ranch near Dell since June and previously with Glaser near Bozeman. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Brundage chapel with Rev. J. Thompson Baker officiating and burial in Mountain View cemetery.
