The Normal college Bulldogs debut under coach Bill Straugh next Friday facing the Butte Mines eleven in the conference opener. Five transfers including Kipp Grole and Simmons bolster the line with backfield led by Don Wheat Wyman DuPuis Charles Sekulich and Jess LaBuff. A big Dillon turnout and possible marching band are planned for the lights at the game.

Last Rites Today For Mrs. Ida Morse
Funeral services were held at St James Episcopal church for Mrs. Ida E Morse who died Saturday from pneumonia in a Los Angeles hospital. She had lived in California since her husband J E Morse a Beaverhead rancher died in 1928. Survivors include two step children Alma T Gilbert and Howard Morse of Dillon and other relatives in Chicago and Portland. Interment was at Mountain View cemetery.
