Former Dillon Lady Dead After Sudden Heart Trouble
Mrs. A C Hammond, longtime Dillon resident and wife of Pacific Express Co agent, died suddenly in Payette Idaho last Sunday morning from heart trouble. Born in Pennsylvania about 55 years ago, she moved to Montana and then Dillon with her husband, later ranching south of Dillon before moving to Payette. Funeral services are planned in Boise with interment beside her son. sister Mrs. George Jewell expresses sympathy.

Acquittal in Embezzlement Case of Grourd at Divide
A Grourd, station agent for the Oregon Short Line at Divide, was acquitted at a preliminary examination before Justice Rhoades on embezzlement charges involving $1800 from the Lossi stage line.
