College Picnic at Sheep Canon Near Dillon
The Montana State Normal College faculty and students spent a day at Sheep Canon about twelve miles south of Dillon. They traveled by Concord coach tallyho wagons and hay racks, enjoyed a luncheon prepared by dormitory ladies, and returned with a college yell signaling promising teachers of tomorrow.

Harry Lane Marries Mina Foote at Lincoln University
Harry Leslie Lane and Mina Alice Ewing Foote were married at Lincoln University Pennsylvania on September 25, 1907. The groom is manager and principal owner of Belmont Park stock farm in the upper Ruby valley and will reside in Dillon Montana after November. The bride is a niece of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Lord Stewart of Lincoln University.
