May Fete drama crowns Luella Morin Queen on campus
The annual May Fete on the Normal college campus drew nearly 800 students and hundreds of Dillon residents to a Mother Goose May Day pageant. Luella Morin of Redstone was crowned May queen with Clyta Cusker of Wolf Point as maid of honor. Constance Bregan directed the event under the Women’s Athletic association with colorful dances and characters from Mother Goose and Alice in Wonderland.

Funeral of Adam Maier Held in Dillon
DAM MAIER former well known resident of Reichle district died in Cottonwood Idaho last Tuesday May 20 after a long illness. The remains were brought to Dillon Sunday and the funeral was held Sunday afternoon at St James Episcopal church with the Rev M Huddon of Butte officiating. Maier lived in Reichle until five years ago then moved to Twin Bridges to start the Beaverhead creamery about two years ago moving finally to Idaho.
