Dillon adopts permanent and temporary sidewalk ordinance
Dillon Montana governs sidewalk construction with permanent streets listed and temporary streets designated. Rules cover sidewalk width 6 to 12 feet, materials cement or plank, City Engineer grades, notices to property owners, bidding for cement walks, waivers to allow city construction, and penalties for nonpayment or noncompliance. Ordinance repeals prior conflicting rules and was approved May 18 1910.
