Beaverhead Mining Group Plans Historic Pageant
Tentative plans were discussed at a Beaverhead Mining association meeting last Saturday night. Vincent Schmittroth of Salmon conferred with local men and outlined Lemhi Mining association proposals including a historical pageant with addresses by state officials of Montana and Idaho, a barbecue and band concerts, and special excursions to Armstead from Butte and Pocatello. The Beaverhead Mining association will hold its annual business meeting at the courthouse on Saturday, June 7, to elect officers for the ensuing year.
