Funeral held at the Hamilton Ranch on Horse Prairie with burial beside her husband in Mountain View cemetery Dillon. Mary Jane Hamilton born September 26 1832 in Bettington Maine traveled from Maine Illinois New Orleans and Minneapolis to Montana arriving in 1866 and later married Thos H Hamilton in Bannack. Her estate exceeds 80000 with bequests including 2500 to the city for a public fountain and 1000 for the Dillon Public Library.

Old Time Resident Killed by Stallion Near Vipond Park
L B Seybold of Dell and his nephew Charles Seybold traveled to Melrose to retrieve the body of his brother Charles Seybold who died Thursday at Vipond Park after being struck in the temple by a stallion he was handling. Born in Blaineville Illinois in 56 years ago he moved to Montana in 1878 and lived near Dell since. He leaves four sons, four brothers and two sisters. Coroner Dr. Walker deemed an inquest unnecessary. The remains were taken to Dell Sunday and buried at Lima Monday.

Glass Day featured Dormitory Life, a Japanese operetta, and a lantern drill. Commencement on Friday presented speaker Hon. T. D.
