The Lima area reports July gatherings from the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW and various clubs. Residents attend visits, travels, and home events with numerous names and places listed, including digs into family visits to Dillon, Butte, Butte, and Whitehall.
1st Lt Clifford Givogre of the 104th Timber Wolves returned from Germany on a 30 day furlough to his parents in Wisdom. Jack Sturm of the same unit also arrived for a furlough. The piece lists several Wisdom visitors and local activities including haying, a show by Chet Brune, and a 4-H club meeting with donations to the fair and Blood Plasma fund.
