Dillon Theatre manager J F Wickidal signs a three year contract with Pelton and Smutzer to place the house on the Golden West circuit. The circuit runs from Denver through Cheyenne Billings Butte Dillon Pocatello Salt Lake and back to Denver with only top attractions. Every show at Dillon also travels to Broadway in Butte and is booked by Star and Havlin of New York.

Former Dillon Boy John McMenamy Dies in Oregon
John E. McMenamy, a Dillon native raised in the southern Beaverhead County area, died of pneumonia on January 24 in Jun teare Harney County Oregon. He was 27, a former Dillon public school student and later foreman for a large sheep company in Oregon. His body returned to Dillon with his father Martin McMenamy. funeral services were held at the Catholic church in Dillon with Rev. Father McGlynn officiating. He leaves his parents four siblings and other relatives.

Fires in Dillon Burn Vacant Buildings
Two small fires hit Dillon in the past week with minimal damage. Both buildings were unoccupied. the Inland Street vacant home owned by Quong Ling Kee burned interior furniture after a 12 oclock alarm, and the former Dingley hotel at Montana and Glendale burned, previously a Chinese laundry, leaving a notable blaze with no insurance on the empty frame structure.

Montana Sunday School to Meet in Dillon May 22 24
The Montana State Sunday School Association executive committee selected Dillon as the site for the next annual meeting to be announced later with May 22 to 24 fixed. A state wide Sunday school tour and institutes led by Merritt and Mary Foster Brynor will be held in multiple cities from March 24 to April 22, with Helena April 19 20 and Great Falls April 21 22.
