Near beer test case filed by Butte firm
Helena January 17. The transcription on appeal in the state case against the Centennial Brewing company of Butte was filed in the supreme court today. It marks the first test of whether sales of less than 2 percent alcohol may occur in the state. The Silver Bow county case involves the right to sell near beer containing 1.78 percent alcohol.
