Methodist Men Form New Group at Grace Church Dilllon
A new organization named Methodist Men has been chartered at Grace Methodist church in Dilllon. Officers elected include Richard H. Bauman president Howard Smith vice president and Lloyd Tysdal secretary. The charter comes from Methodist church general board of lay activities in Chicago. An estimated 2 000 000 men in the denomination are prospective members. Robert G. Mayfield executive secretary emphasizes mobilizing the church’s male membership to strengthen Christ and His church through consecrated service.

Mrs H Wetmore entertained a group at the Summit Hotel in Monida Friday afternoon January 11 honoring Mrs William Kramp and Mrs Harry Hay on the anniversary of their birth days. Guests played bingo won prizes and enjoyed a lunch served by the hostess with assistance from Mrs Milton McCurdy. Birthday gifts were given to the honored guests.
