Funeral for Clark Yoe Held in Dillon
The funeral of Clark Yoe from Beaverhead County was held Sunday afternoon at the Masonic hall in Dillon. The service, conducted by the Bannack Masons, drew a crowd to honor the local boy who died at Camp Meade. Remains were laid to Mountain View cemetery with pallbearers Barry Matthews, C. W. Stallings, Harry Graves, A. W. Graeter, James Blair, and F. P. Blair. a wreath from the 127th Engineers highlighted the tribute.

Johnson Cleared Of Assault In Justice Court
A. S. Johnson real estate man was found not guilty after a jury trial on the assault in the third degree charge. The courtroom was crowded and Johnson requested dismissal of the related charge against Quinten Kiem for threatening with a deadly weapon. Red Cross Mutton to Be Sold is a featured event with a raffle of a fine big mutton donated by R M Cosgrove to benefit Beaverhead County Red Cross.
