Fall Term of Normal Is Closed
Montana State Normal College closed its autumn quarter last Friday and is on a Christmas break of over two weeks. Most students left for homes across the state with a few remaining at the dorms and winter term set to begin January 6 with registration completed for all but new students. Faculty members also departed for holidays. Alice and Byron Cosgrove arrived from Pocatello to stay with grandparents Mr and Mrs John Baker, while William Sweeney and Earl Rogers visited from Sheep Creek basin ranches.

Girl Scouts Sing Christmas Carols in Dillon
At the Dillon Girl Scouts meeting on December 19 the group decided to skip regular meetings until January 9. Girls should bring candy to Mrs Brundage by 2 PM Saturday and patrol leaders will help pack it. Scouts caroled Tuesday from the old training school and are reminded to pay dues and 10 cents for tenderfoot pins.
