Beaverhead county will receive 7 273 88 from national forest receipts as part of Montana's distribution totaling 76 193 88 to 36 counties. The Dillon country club holds its annual business session Monday January 12 with proxies encouraged for absent members.

Business Women Entertain Business Women

Number of business and professional women attended a dinner last Monday at the Andrus hotel. Miss Hooper of the Rotana club of Butte explained aims and noted three active units Butte Helena and Deer Lodge. An organization was formed with Georgia Mathews as chairwoman and a board including Mrs. W. H. Stephan Miss Glenn Vance and others. Mathews plans a later meeting to decide if the group becomes permanent and invites all eligible women to join and participate.

The Beaverhead County marriage licenses dropped to 94 in 1930 from 116 the previous year, a decline of 26. Dillon remains popular for Idaho couples with 31 licenses, while one of the parties in ten cases involved a neighboring state. Meanwhile Ted Renfro of Dell and two American champions plan a winter shoot tour in Europe, starting January 19 in England and ending March 19 in Monte Carlo, mostly live bird events.

Two Injured In Christmas Crash Near Glen

Mr and Mrs William O Neill were hurt when their car turned over on Christmas night near Glen on a state highway at eight o clock. The curve on Edonia street was described as too sharp in the damaged report.
