Informations filed against John Wilson on two robbery charges with bonds set at 5000, Wm Fitzpatrick and Owen Isterday for burglary at 1500 each, Patrick Shields charged with burglary 1500. Wilson arraigned for robbery, held to plead by Thursday with Robison appointed. Fitzpatrick and Isterday arraigned for Porter's saloon robbery. former pleaded guilty, latter not guilty and trial set for Monday. Shields arraigned for Wheat home burglary, given until tomorrow to plead with Alvord appointed. Helen Southerland’s case vacated.
