Lima High School Senior Play and Community Events

A packed house saw Lima High School’s senior play The Valley of Ghosts on Friday with the Lima band interludes and Miss Fritz receiving a gift from the graduating class. Highlights include the Junior Prom planned for April 28 at the Lima gym with Nellie Little Poole’s Dillon orchestra, and community notices of Red Cross donations, Pythian Sisters activities, O.E.S visits, and local social events.

Montana Governor Proclaims Special Election on Debenture Act

Governor Sam C. Ford proclaims a statewide special election to be held June 5, 1945, on Chapter 39 known as the State Highway Treasury Anticipation Debenture Act of 1945 and the issuance of debentures to fund highway needs. A $100 reward is offered for arrests under Montana Penal Code sections 10747 to 10772, to total $5,000.
