Draft Plans for 45-64 Registration Set for April 27
Plans for the fourth draft registration of those aged 45 to 64 are being prepared at the local board headquarters for Monday April 27. Sec J C Fuller says letters go to all workers who served February 16 to recruit volunteers again. Two districts Argenta and Ermont Mines will be covered from Dillon due to better weather. Workers and volunteers are urged to contact the local board to be listed in registration personnel. Registration runs 7 am to 9 pm. Preliminary estimates place registrants around 1000.

Lima Man 85 Dies. Masonic Rites Held in Lima
John C. Gilston, 85, a Lima resident for five years, died at home last Thursday night. Evergreen lodge A F and A M conducted burial rites Saturday in Lima. He was born in 1857 in Orville California and lived in Bannack Butte and St. Anthony Idaho before returning to Butte. He leaves a wife a daughter Mrs Tom Cantrell of Lima two grandchildren Barbara and Preston Gaht Lima and relatives including a nephew and a niece. He belonged to Butte lodge 22 A F and A M and Damon lodge No 1 Knights of Pythias.
