The Dillon St James guild hall was formally opened with a concerted church ceremony led by Bishop L. R. Brewer and Rev. S. D. Hooker. Mrs. Ellen Lovell was honored as the generous donor. Speakers included Lyman H. Bennett, Miss Lucy H. Carson, Fidel Huber, Rev. S. C. Blackinton, and Dr. Swain. Bob Hay, Scenic theatre manager, brings acrobats Gordon and Hellimont for an excellent program starting last Sunday matinee. They perform muscular feats, ring acts, strength stunts, and tumbling with notable skill. Shayne and King from the Oorheum circuit arrive Thursday to Saturday as top Jewish vaudeville acts. Sunday features Hill and Knight and Fanny Rowan. A new drop curtain and improved rear seating enhance the show.

High School Benefit Program This Friday Evening
