Beavershead county high school will close a month early so graduates can work on farms for Uncle Sam. Fourteen students will graduate this year with three boys and eleven girls. Commencement is April 26 with Rev L A Wilson of Butte delivering the address.

Mrs. Lauterbach Dies in California Rancher’s Wife Claimed
Mrs. Lauterbach wife of Dillon rancher Michael Lauterbach died in Los Angeles last Monday after a yearlong illness. She was brought back to Dillon for a Thursday funeral at St James Episcopal church followed by interment in Mountain View cemetery. She is survived by her husband and a son Adolph Lauterbach.
