Man Kills Self With Revolver in Dillon
Fred Plant a well known young man of Dillon Montana shot himself last Saturday night at his East Bannack street home died early Monday. He left a wife and infant daughter and had worked as a plumber's helper for the past year. An inquest found suicide in a personal crisis with no suspicious circumstances. The coroner's jury included James Walker and others. Mrs Clay Plant of Greenville Illinois is his mother and was to arrive for funeral arrangements.

Mrs A B Seran Dies After childbirth in Dillon
Mrs A B Seran died Friday at Curtis Hospital after welcoming a baby girl who did not survive. Her husband and Mrs Myers sister of Mrs Sarah sent the body to Helena for burial. She had lived in Dillon a year with her husband working in insurance and as manager of billiard parlors. Survived by husband her parents and three sisters in Helena and Butte.

City Council Special Session Passes Two Ordinances

High School Musical Comedy A Nautical Knot at Hartwig Theatre
The annual high school play will be performed tomorrow night April 18 at the Hartwig theatre. A Nautical Knot is a two act musical comedy featuring forty students with songs dancing and bright costumes. The Senior class sponsors the Glee clubs with training by Miss Marion Hunter and Miss Lily Hawkinson. The plot follows a haughty belle who loves a wandering artist and a sailor romance with mistaken proposals and a hoped for happy ending.

Funeral for Loretta McCarthy Draws Normal Delegation
A group of Normal students and teachers traveled to Anaconda last Saturday to attend the funeral of Loretta McCarthy a popular Normal senior who died of pneumonia while visiting her parents during the Easter vacation. Loretta Kelly Mame Barry Miss Genrose McGonnigle and Nan Hazzard led and chaperoned the delegation.
