Montana Farmers To Receive Labor Help From Government
Great Falls April 2 Plans are under way for Montana farmers to get labor assistance from the United States Employment Service. The Public Service Reserve and the Boys' Working Reserve will aid in enrolling workers and placing farm labor, with postmasters and rural carriers and newspaper publishers slated as additional labor agents. The move aims to ease the labor shortage and support a bumper crop season.
