Granville Editors Attend North Dakota Chautauqua Meeting
North Dakota press leaders hosted Granville editors at Devils Lake and Chau tauqua, enjoying grand hospitality. They toured the Chautauqua grounds, heard Captain Heerman on the Minn ie H, and attended a Banquet at Oakwood cafe. Congressman Spalding spoke and a visit to the state school for the deaf followed before a Starkweather rail trip concluded the trip.

Editors and their spouses traveled to Devils Lake with the Starkweather band for a three day North Dakota Press association meeting. Citizens provided carriages to brick works and other sites, ending with a ball at the armory. The gathering was praised as the association's most successful in the state.
